About Yaward.net
Yaward.net is an online flower and gift delivery service connecting customers abroad with local Egyptian florists for same-day flower delivery across Egypt. By placing an order on Yaward.net, you agree to the terms set out below.
Our flowers
We deliver hand-tied bouquets, floral arrangements, and plants prepared by professional local florists in Egypt.
Important notes about what's included:
- Seasonal variation: Our range varies with the season. If a specific flower you ordered isn't available, the florist will substitute it with an equivalent flower in a similar colour and shape — the final bouquet matches the spirit of what you ordered, but may differ from the product photo.
- Florist variation: Each florist works from local availability and their own assortment, so bouquets may vary slightly between deliveries.
- Bloom stage: Product photos show flowers at full bloom. To ensure freshness, flowers are usually delivered in bud — they'll open over the following days.
- Stem count: We can't guarantee a specific stem count, as florists source flowers based on local availability and seasonal pricing.
- What's included in the price: A small card and light packaging.
- Available add-ons (extra cost): Premium cellophane wrapping, exclusive card designs, vases, chocolates, balloons, and more — all selectable on the product page.
- Vase not included: When you order a bouquet, the vase shown in some photos is for display only and not included unless added as a separate add-on.
Order confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an order confirmation email — this acts as your purchase receipt. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Pricing and payment
Prices on Yaward.net are displayed in your local currency for convenience (AED, SAR, USD, GBP, and many others). Final payment is processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) at the current market rate. There are no international transfer fees or hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Mada (Saudi Arabia), KNET (Kuwait), and most major international cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments with full PCI compliance and SSL encryption. We don't store your card details.
Discount codes
If you receive a discount code from Yaward.net, you can enter it at checkout. Some terms apply:
- Discount codes from newsletters have a limited validity period.
- Some discount codes are personal and may only apply to one purchase — please don't share them.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
If your code doesn't work or you're unsure about validity, contact us.
Add-ons and gift sets
You can add chocolates, balloons, vases, teddy bears, and other gift items to your order. Availability varies by florist location — if a specific add-on isn't available, the florist may substitute it with an equivalent product, which may differ slightly from the photo.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can cancel your order any time before the florist has begun preparing your bouquet. For changes, we need at least 24 hours' notice before delivery so the florist has time to adjust.
For large or custom orders (including funeral arrangements that may require special sourcing), changes and cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before delivery.
To change or cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or use the chat icon on any page. Have your order number ready.
During major holiday periods, processing time extends to 48 hours because florists prepare flowers in advance for large volumes.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient information at checkout, including:
- Correct delivery address
- Recipient's phone number
- Your own contact details
- A clear sender name in the card message
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you, refunds are not available. The recipient may collect the flowers from the florist's location, or redelivery can be arranged (additional charges may apply).

Complaints
If the flowers you receive are damaged or not as expected, contact us and select "complaint" as the topic. Please share a photo of the bouquet so we can investigate quickly.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue — typically through redelivery, a partial or full refund, or another remedy depending on the situation. Please notify us within a reasonable time of noticing the issue so we can act promptly.
If the flowers were not delivered as agreed, you have the right to cancel the purchase — provided that correct contact information was given and the recipient was available to receive the delivery. Exceptions may apply during major holiday periods.
Returns and refunds
In line with regulations for distance contracts on perishable goods, we cannot accept returns for flowers, chocolates, or other perishable items.
Refunds — when applicable — are processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Personal data
We process personal data provided at checkout solely for fulfilling your order and processing payment. We share the recipient's contact details (name, phone, address) and your name and phone number with the florist delivering the order, so they can coordinate delivery. We may also use your data for our own marketing (you can unsubscribe at any time), but we never sell your data to third parties.
