To ensure same-day delivery, place your order by 14:00 Cairo time (15:00 Kuwait time). Orders placed later may still be accommodated — contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll do our best.
Your order is delivered by one of our local florist partners in Egypt. Delivery is made by private courier or, in some cases, by the florist directly. Bouquets are delivered straight to the recipient’s address.
Delivery to a private address takes place between 10:00 and 22:00 Cairo time. Delivery to a business address is during office hours, 10:00–17:00 Cairo time. We deliver Friday and Saturday too.
The florist will contact the recipient before delivery to agree on timing. If the recipient is unavailable at the agreed time, the flowers return to the shop. The recipient will then be contacted to pick them up — or you can arrange redelivery via our customer service.
Yes. Simply write “No” in the card message field and your name will not appear. We need your details as the customer, but we never share customer information without permission.
You can enter your own WhatsApp number so the florist can contact you on delivery. In that case, please add a note in “instructions to the florist” letting them know the number is yours, not the recipient’s.
