Delivery within Egypt
Yaward.net delivers fresh, hand-tied flowers and arrangements across Egypt through our network of local florist partners. We currently deliver to Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and most major Egyptian cities. For smaller towns or remote areas, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
All deliveries within Egypt are free. Shipping is included in the product price — no hidden fees, no extra charges at checkout.
Same-day delivery
To ensure same-day delivery, place your order by 14:00 Cairo time. Orders received after this time may still be accommodated — please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.
Delivery times
Deliveries to private addresses are made between 10:00 and 22:00 Cairo time, including Fridays and Saturdays.
Deliveries to business addresses are made between 10:00 and 17:00 Cairo time. Business deliveries must be placed by 10:00 AM (Cairo time) for same-day delivery, and are not made on Fridays or Saturdays.
While we can't guarantee exact time-specific deliveries, we'll always do our best to deliver as close to your preferred time as possible.
Delivery method
Flowers are delivered directly to the recipient's door by our florist partners or their couriers. For areas outside main cities or hard-to-reach locations, the recipient may need to collect the flowers from the nearest delivery point.
Before delivery, the recipient is contacted by phone or text to confirm a convenient time. In some cases, the florist may call one or two days in advance to coordinate.
We cannot guarantee on-time delivery in cases of extreme weather, major events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If delivery isn't possible on the scheduled day, we'll contact you and the recipient to arrange a new date.
Information you provide at checkout
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:
- Recipient's phone number so the florist can contact them on delivery day
- Your contact details so we can reach you with any delivery questions
- Sender name in the card message so the recipient knows who to thank
- Complete address, including apartment/floor/door code if applicable
If you'd like the bouquet hung on the door, please specify whether it's an apartment or house, and provide any necessary access codes. Note that flowers left at a door cannot be replaced if stolen.
Deliveries during major holidays
During Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and other major holiday periods, order volumes increase significantly. The florist may contact the recipient one or two days ahead to agree on a delivery time. For some holidays, deliveries may be made on a date close to (but not exactly on) your selected date — when this applies, we'll notify you on our website.
Holiday timing exceptions don't apply to birthday flowers, funeral arrangements, or condolence flowers — these are always delivered on the date you specify.
If delivery isn't successful
If we're unable to deliver due to incorrect address information, an unavailable recipient, or other circumstances on your side, we cannot offer a refund — the recipient can collect the flowers from the florist's location, or we can arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply for repeat delivery attempts).
