Our flowers

We deliver hand-tied bouquets, arrangements and plants from professional and local florists. Our range varies according to the season and if your selected flowers are not available, the florist will replace them. You will therefore receive an equivalent bouquet in the same colour and shape as you ordered.

The product pictures shown on our website are taken of flowers in bloom, however, our flowers are usually delivered in bud. This is so that they stay nice and fresh for longer. We cannot guarantee a particular number of flowers in our bouquets. This is because each florist follows local prices and selection of flowers.

Deliveries during major holiday periods

During major holiday periods, florist flower selections may vary. Selection and prices are affected by market demand and availability at wholesalers and suppliers. We always strive to have a wide range of flowers and bouquets in different price ranges.

During certain major holiday periods, florists have an extra large workload and it can be a challenge to manage the order volumes. The florist may therefore contact the recipient one or two days before delivery to agree on a new delivery date. The florist may also call ahead to ensure that the flowers can be delivered to the address specified.

During major holiday periods, florists may deliver your flowers between specific dates, i.e. on a date other than the one you specified. In these specific cases, the dates in question will be clearly indicated to you on our website. This does not apply to birthday greetings, funerals or condolences.

We strive to deliver as early in the day as possible. During pubic holidays and major holiday periods when there are a lot of orders, this is not always possible. We always make deliveries between 10:00 – 22:00 (Cairo time), even during major holiday periods.

Discount codes

If you have received a discount code from Yaward.net, you can choose to redeem it when you buy flowers from our online store. You can use your discount code by entering it at checkout when you pay. Click: I have a discount code and then activate.

Validity period

The validity period of our discount codes varies depending on the context in which it was received. A discount code received via one of our newsletters always has a limited validity period. Our discount codes may also be personal and in some cases may only apply to one purchase. It is therefore important that personal discount codes are not shared with anyone else. Should your discount code not work or you are unsure of the validity period, please contact our customer services.

Additions and gift sets

When you order flowers on yaward.net, you can choose to add a gift to your chosen bouquet. Our range includes chocolate, teddy bear and vase, among other things. You can also choose to send some of our ready-made gift sets.

The range of additions may vary depending on the availability at the florist in the relevant location. The florist may therefore replace it with an equivalent product. This means that it may differ slightly from the product image found on the website.

Delivery within Egypt

Our delivery times vary depending on the courier used by the florist. While we strive to accommodate your preferred delivery times, please note that, at this time, we cannot guarantee exact time-specific deliveries. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to deliver your order as close to your requested time as possible.

Our deliveries are usually made between 10:00–22:00 (Cairo time) on weekdays and weekends. A shipping charge of EGP 99 will be added for each order.

Same-day delivery

To ensure same-day delivery, we kindly request all orders to be placed by 10:00 AM (Cairo time).

Orders received after this time may still be accommodated, and we'll do our best to fulfill your requested delivery time. (Please feel free to contact us in that case).

Delivery method

All our flowers are delivered direct to the recipient's door. Exceptions include places or areas located in the countryside, or other hard-to-reach places that the florists' courier is unable to drive to. Therefore, deliveries to certain locations may need the recipient to pick up from the nearest delivery point.

Prior to delivery, the recipient is always contacted by phone or text message by the florist or the courier (unless we have received other information when ordering). This is to confirm that the recipient is at home to receive the flowers. In some cases, the florist may even call one or two days in advance.

We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time in the event of extreme weather conditions, major events or other circumstances. If we have not succeeded in delivering your order, we will contact the recipient and agree on a new date.

Security of supply

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that both your and the recipient's information is filled in correctly, so that we can deliver your bouquet as easily as possible. If we lack information from you or there is a mistake in your order, our customer services department will try to contact you. Should an incorrect delivery occur due to incorrect information, it will not be reimbursed by Yaward.net. The delivery charge only covers one delivery and if the florist is not able to deliver the flowers, the recipient must pick up the flowers in-store.

At checkout

• Would you like the bouquet to be hung on the door? Please specify whether it is an apartment or house and enter any applicable door code. Should the bouquet be stolen, it will not be replaced by Yaward.net.

• Always give the recipient's telephone number so that we can get in touch with them upon delivery.

• Also give your contact details so that we can contact you with any queries we may have about the delivery.

• Do not forget to enter the sender in the brief text so that the recipient knows who they should thank.

Orders to companies

Flower deliveries to business addresses are only made during office hours and must be ordered no later than 10:00 on weekdays in order to be delivered the same day. We cannot deliver to business addresses on Fridays and Saturdays.

For deliveries to schools, hotels, hospitals or other businesses, flowers are usually left at the building's reception. If the recipient is not present or if the business has closed for the day, the flowers and delivery will not be replaced or refunded. Yaward.net is only responsible for the delivery.

Business deliveries during major holiday periods

During major holiday periods when we have more orders than usual, we must receive your order 10.00 pm the day before the delivery date for the bouquet to be delivered on the desired date.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can easily change or cancel an order by sending us a message. Contact customer services here.

Cancel

You can cancel your order as long as the florist has not created your bouquet or arrangement.

Change

If you want to change your order, we have a processing time of 24 hours in order that the florist has time to implement your change. If you contact us on the same day as delivery, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change your order.

During major holiday periods when we have more orders than usual, processing time is extended to 48 hours so that the florist has time to change your order. This is because florists often prepare the flowers the day before delivery when such large volumes are ordered.

Large orders

For larger orders, the cancellation/change must be made at least 72 hours before delivery as the florist needs to make special orders in some cases.

Complaints

We're here to assist if the flowers you received are damaged or not up to par upon delivery. Please reach out to our dedicated customer service team and select the "complaint" option as the topic – we'll promptly guide you through the resolution process. Don't forget to share a photo of the flowers to help us better understand the issue.

As per the Consumer Purchase Act, we kindly ask that you notify us of any delivery concerns within a reasonable time from when you first noticed the fault, allowing us to promptly replace the flowers and ensure your complete satisfaction.

If the flowers have not been delivered in accordance with the agreement, you have the right to cancel your purchase, provided that correct contact information has been provided when ordering and that the recipient was at home to be able to receive the flowers. There may be exceptions during certain major holiday periods when bouquets may be delivered on a date other than the one selected.

Returning your purchase

In line with regulations for distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, we're unable to accept returns for perishable delights like flowers, chocolate, and other scrumptious treats.

You can select the payment option that suits you best at Yaward.net. Choose between Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.
All credit card payments are handled by an accredited and secure e-commerce company. If you choose to pay via credit card, it is required that the card is valid and approved for online purchases via your bank.

Service charge

The product value includes a small card and a service charge.

Order confirmation

Once you have made an order via Yaward.net, you will receive an on-screen confirmation stating that your order has been processed. An order confirmation is then sent to your e-mail address. The order confirmation acts as a purchase receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail or there is something wrong with your order, please contact our customer service department.

Processing of personal data

We process all personal data provided when purchasing via Yaward.net in order to be able to deliver your order and for payment purposes. When you place an order, we process the information you provide yourself, but we also register the IP number from which the order is placed. We will then share the recipient's contact details (name, phone number and postal address) with one of our affiliated florists who deliver your order. The florist will also receive your name and phone number, so that the florist can contact you regarding the delivery if necessary. We also use your personal data for our own marketing, but we never sell your or the recipient's data to third parties.
